Prepare for the experience
Medical information:
- Guests should sign the Bear Grylls’ waiver form before visiting the attraction and hand it up when visiting the attraction.
Children information:
- Participants must be 8+ years.
- 8 and 9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by an adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket.
- Guests aged 10-14 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied.
Accessibility information:
- The Bear Grylls Adventure has step-free access and is wheelchair accessible.
- To qualify for a free carer ticket, you must provide proof of your disability and pre-book it with us 4 weeks in advance of your visit. Please get in touch with our team to claim your free carer ticket.

Ticket restrictions:
- Weight Restrictions: Maximum weight 130kg
- Height Restrictions: Minimum 4.2 foot (1.3 meters) tall, maximum height 6.7 feet (2.03 meters)
Additional information:
- Please arrive at the attraction at least 30 minutes before your activity starts, to allow time to check in, put away your belongings and get ready for the activity.
- We recommend wearing comfortable active wear you can move in.
- Lace up trainers are a must. No flip flops, heels or open toed sandals will be allowed.
- We would recommend tying back long hair.
- Lockers are available free of charge on the day to safely store all belongings while taking part in your adventure.
- Pregnant guests are not able to take part in any activity at The Bear Grylls Adventure.
- Opening days and times vary – you can view availability when booking.
- High Ropes experience duration: 60 minutes.
- Assault course access: All day.
